  • You may request a refund within 30 days of your payment. However, please note that LETESE Private Limited considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to our platform is granted. The client assumes full responsibility for any further action and the final outcome of the service.
  • Change of Service

If you wish to change the service you ordered for another one, you can request this change within 7 days of your payment.

  • Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please log in to LEDGERS and select Get Help to initiate the process. Additionally, send an email to info@letese.co with the transaction details to start the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 weeks after all required information is received.

  • Penalties or Tax Payments

Once access to the platform is provided, LETESE considers its service obligation fulfilled. The client is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data submitted. LETESE will not be responsible for paying any penalties, taxes, or other costs incurred by the client during or after the service. We are not liable for the outcome or any additional costs related to the completion of services.

  • Factors Outside Our Control

We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results for services due to factors beyond our control. For example, government agencies may reject applications (such as trademark filings) for legal reasons unrelated to LETESE service. Additionally, delays may occur due to government backlogs or issues with official platforms (such as MCA, Income Tax, or FSSAI websites), and these delays are beyond our control.

Services rendered by Associates on the Nearest. Expert platform, who are not employed by LETESE, are also outside our guarantee or refund coverage. Any delays or issues from the government or external entities cannot be used as a basis for requesting a refund.

EXEMPTIONS AND LIMITATIONS:

  • Change of mind: Refund will not be provided if the reasons for the request is a change of mind or personal preference unless otherwise specified in this policy.
  • Force Majeure

LETESE shall not be held responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control. This includes events such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labour strikes, and other force majeure events. In such cases, LETESE is not liable for any delay or inability to fulfil its obligations.
